Marry Kenny, the attorney who "used to work with Burris" is a truly great role model for an attorney (or politician): she resigned in protest rather than continue the prosecution of a capital murder case of an innocent man.  But it's misleading to say she "used to work with Burris" -- she was a junior state's attorney who wrote him a letter.
